Coaching and expert help with pulling together the right information, data, resources and scheduling to maximize your email marketing efforts. Please provide: Your logo, any slogans, contact information, phone numbers, email address, website address, and any other social media properties. Client provides content in the form of articles, announcements, offers and specials. Editing and copywriting are not included at this price level.

Basic Monthly Tweet, Post & Email Package
Communicate with your customers when you need to. Coaching and expert help with pulling together the right information, data, resources and scheduling to maximize your email marketing efforts. 10 posts and 1 email newsletters per month. Please note: Client provides content in the form of articles, announcements, offers and specials. Editing and copywriting are not included at this price level.
$495 per month

Weekly Tweet, Post & Email Package

Do you want to be able to access and update your content without having to pay for every tiny change? I will create a content management website for you that will save you time and money. Your website is the most critical piece of your marketing and communications strategy. Is yours doing all it can for you?
Price: $3500, plus $24 per month for hosting

Complete Marketing and Communication Package

• Joomla Website installation, set-up and design.
• Constant Contact set-up, including template design and consultation around your data, plus 2 email newsletter issues to get you started.
• Set-up of a Faceook Page.
• Set-up of a Twitter Account.
• Consultation on Content Development.

**$5500, plus $24 per month for hosting

Domains & Websites
If you don't have your own domain and website already, I strongly suggest that you have it in order to link to your various ventures. DOMAINS: Only about $9 per year through Name Cheap, that's the wholesale domain site where I purchase all my domains. You could put your domain on one business card, and then when people go there it will link to all of your offerings, upcoming events, and announcements as seen also in your newsletter. That's integrated marketing at it's best--everything working together.

Working together:
If you want me to do work in your account to set things up, please provide your username and password for your domains, existing websites, and Constant Contact accounts. For designing your newsletters, please forward any existing logos or company images, along with specific colours, please forward those as well so I can customize your banner and template. For organizing your contacts, you need their email address and any other information, I would suggest at minimum their first name. Forward me any contacts you have in an excel spreadsheet with one column for email address, one column for first name, etc. If you don't know how to use excel, just forward me your have them all listed in a Word, plain text, or csv format, forward them to me and I will clean up the list and put it into excel format for uploading.
